About the role
As a Support Worker you will provide day-to-day support to the people we care for — helping with daily living, building life skills, and taking part in activities they enjoy. No two days are the same, and the work is genuinely rewarding.
What you’ll do
- Support individuals with personal care and daily routines
- Encourage independence, choice and community involvement
- Build positive, trusting relationships
- Follow person-centred support plans
What we’re looking for
- A caring, patient and reliable attitude
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience is welcome but not essential — full training provided
